We are looking to recruit additional Remortgage Caseworkers, who can run their own high-volume caseloads, within our busy QCAS unit. This will involve a variety of tasks such as logging incoming post onto the case management system as well as assisting with incoming calls. You will have ownership of your own caseload and be expected to liaise with clients, borrowers and other external third parties. Title checking skills are preferred but not essential as this is not part of the key role.
You must have previous experience of dealing with most parts of the remortgage process. You should also have previous experience of achieving monthly completions targets whilst maintaining a high quality standard of work. You should be used to working to tight deadlines and of working within Service Level Agreements. Excellent organisational and IT skills are essential. Previous experience of using a case management system is also important.
You must have a professional approach to work and enjoy working in a busy target-driven environment. It is also important to demonstrate a strong commitment to client care and possess excellent communication skills.
