Remortgage Caseworker(s)

Due to increased volumes of work within our busy Remortgage team, we are looking to recruit additional Remortgage Caseworkers who can run their own high volume caseloads.  This will involve processing your own cases from instruction to completion, liaising with customers, clients and third parties to provide a fast and efficient service.

Skills and Experience

Remortgage experience is not essential but you must have previous experience of running a caseload within a legal or financial environment. You should also have previous experience of achieving monthly completions targets whilst giving attention to detail and maintaining a high quality standard of work.  You should be used to working to tight deadlines and of working within Service Level Agreements.  Excellent organisational, communication and IT skills are essential.  Previous experience of using a case management system is also important.

You must have a professional approach to work and enjoy a busy workload.  It is also important to demonstrate a strong commitment to client care and possess excellent communication skills.
