The remortgage industry is currently experiencing an unprecedented level of demand. We have seen a large increase in the volume of work, which has resulted in a high level of calls from mortgage brokers requesting updates.

In the short-term we have had to take the practical decision to prioritise calls and emails from borrowers as customers of our clients, rather than those of brokers. Please accept our apologies if your call or email is not answered as quickly as you would like. Please be assured that the cases are being progressed proactively and in a timely manner.

If you are a customer
Please direct your enquiry to your caseworker’s email address. We aim to respond to all customers' emails within 72 hours.
You can also check the progress of your application by visiting our website, reviewing all of the recent activity, and contacting your caseworker direct. To register go to www.qcas.co.uk and follow the links to create an account.
If you are a mortgage broker
If you are a mortgage broker and the instruction has been sent to us via Legal Marketing Services (LMS) you can get an update on the progress of a case by visiting www.lms.com/casecheck.
Please do not call us for general updates or enquiries about the status of applications.
An acknowledgement email will be issued to the customer when the questionnaire pack is processed.
We will endeavour to complete as soon as possible unless told otherwise and email confirmation will be issued when a completion date is set and also when the remortgage has completed.
If your query relates to completion please note that any surplus funds should be received into the customer’s nominated bank account by 6pm on the day of completion or the next business day.
Please note that any certified copy proof of identification and address cannot be accepted via email so please kindly post the hard copies to 10 Wellington Place, Leeds, LS1 4AP.
