Shulmans appointed at the Hudson Quarter
Shulmans has been named as one of the conveyancers recommended by Hudson Moody and Carter Jonas for buyers of accommodation at the prestigious Hudson Quarter development in central York.
The development is a brand new £35m build apartment scheme developed by Palace Capital. The two-acre project on the site of the former Hudson House includes 127 luxury apartments, 34,500 sq ft of Grade-A office space and 5,000 sq ft of other commercial uses, located in four buildings around a landscaped central courtyard.
The project has now reached the six-month stage of a two-year construction programme, with exchanges taking place and over 30 of the 127 apartments already reserved.
