Shulmans advises on the acquisition of a waterside development site for Avant Homes
We were pleased to advise Avant Homes on the acquisition of a parcel of land at Chesterfield’s £340m waterside development, a mixed use sustainable regeneration scheme on the edge of Chesterfield town centre. Subject to approval, the housebuilder plans to build 177 new homes.
Waterside Quarter will be the third and largest site which Avant homes have acquired in the last six months, and a great opportunity to showcase their innovative approach on an urban regeneration development scheme. The planned development will also be a considerable addition to their ambitious growth plans of doubling their yearly output to 4,000 new homes for sale within the next five years.
