The QCAS Administration team provides an essential service to the remortgage team, responsible for providing a range of administrative duties to ensure we continue to deliver an excellent service to our clients.
On a daily basis, you will be involved in a variety of tasks which will include assisting with opening and distribution of post and scanning documents accurately onto client files.
You will use electronic systems to check information, as well as ensuring important documents are checked and signed by partners within specific timeframes.
A key part of this role is working to deadlines on a daily basis within the team to ensure all work is completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
To be considered for this role, you will be a team player who demonstrates great customer service skills.
This role is extremely busy, so you will need to be able to demonstrate you are highly organised and methodical in your approach.
You will be interacting with partners and colleagues across the firm, so you will need to possess excellent communication skills and be professional at all times.
Previous experience within administration would be desirable but is not essential, as training will be given.
