One of our key goals is making Shulmans a great place to work.
Of course, what actually makes "a great place to work" depends on who you ask, but we work very hard at trying to provide our colleagues with good working conditions and rewards which encourage them and reflect the value of their work.
Many people work for the firm in many different roles and everyone plays an important part in its success. We try to keep our colleagues informed. We listen to what they tell us and encourage feedback from them.
The fact that we are an accredited Investor in People and hold the Law Society's Lexcel award means that our practices and policies are regularly and successfully assessed against these demanding standards.
