The quality of work, the people and the culture at Shulmans are second to none.  In fact I would say that the firm has one of the best reputations in its market place. 

When I met the commercial property team I was immediately impressed by their professionalism and the range of clients, including some multi million pound organisations.

What is unique about Shulmans are the people and the closeness to our clients.  Who a client sees at the beginning is who they will see close the deal.  That differentiates us from the competition – particularly the big firms.

We are competitive, but not with each other – here we work as a team. The culture is friendly and supportive – not aggressive – and it’s recognised that you have interests outside work. I’m ambitious and I want a career but not at the expense of my life.
