Kathryn Wood

Kathryn trained with Shulmans and qualified as a solicitor
in 2005.
She is a member of the firm’s real estate team and
specialises in residential development, working closely with
house builder clients on site acquisitions and disposal,
infrastructure agreements and setting up sites for subsequent
plot sales.
Having completed a degree in civil and structural engineering
before converting to the law, Kathryn has a unique combination
of disciplines which she is able to apply to the benefit
of our house builder clients.
