Ashutosh Joined Shulmans in July 2006 after a six month career break spent travelling south east Asia and Australia. Prior to that, Ashutosh trained and qualified with a north-west based firm.
Ashutosh deals with all aspects of corporate finance, from company formations to acquisitions, disposals and buy-outs. He has worked with individual and corporate vendors and purchasers as well as financial institutions. He also has experience of dealing with commercial contracts, shareholder agreements and e-commerce.
Outside work, Ashutosh enjoys yoga, swimming and running and has participated in numerous races to raise funds, including the Great North Run and the Liverpool Corporate Cup.
