Shaun Lowry

Shaun joined the firm in April 2006 and specialises
in construction law.
Shaun has expertise in all areas of construction law and
advises on the formation and terms of building contracts,
professional appointments, warranties and all aspects of
construction documentation. He is also an experienced
litigator and advises on dispute resolution in
the construction industry, including arbitrations, mediations and
adjudications.
Shaun is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators
and has been appointed to their panel of examiners.
In his spare time Shaun has been known to pick up a guitar
or two.
