Andrew Lightburn
Solicitor,
employment and commercial
Having qualified as a solicitor in 2002, Andrew joined Shulmans
in 2006 and specialises in all aspects of employment law
work with particular expertise in redundancy, disability,
discrimination and trade union disputes.
With extensive experience of contentious employment matters,
Andrew has had conduct of many Employment Tribunal and Employment
Appeal Tribunal cases, including many that have received local and national
press coverage.
Andrew also undertakes drafting of employment contracts,
directors' service agreements, employee handbooks and policy
documentation as well as providing training and seminars
for clients.
