Stephen qualified as a solicitor in 1998, joining Shulmans in 2006 from Eversheds and becomng a partner in August 2008.
Stephen has extensive experience in commercial property work with a particular emphasis on development, and has acted for commercial and residential developers and the public sector in a number of high profile, high value transactions. He now specialises in residential development acting for some of UK's leading housebuilders.
In his spare time Stephen enjoys his family, the gym and running.
