Recognised as a national expert in residential development, Rosemary is also one of Leeds’ top lawyers.
Rosemary’s first connection with Shulmans was on work experience when she was at school. Now head of residential development, she and her team provide legal services to many of the UK’s top house builder firms.
Having been the chair of the Leeds Law Society’s non-contentious business committee for some years, in 2006 Rosemary was elected as the youngest ever president of the Leeds Law Society.
