Paul Forster
Associate, corporate finance
Paul qualified as a solicitor in 1997. Following experience as an associate in private practice in Leeds and then three years in industry, he joined Shulmans' corporate finance team as an associate in February 2008.
Paul advises on all areas of corporate finance including, management buy-ins and buy-outs, disposal, acquisitions, investment and shareholder agreements and joint ventures, specialising in owner managed businesses.
In his spare time Paul enjoys the adrenaline of mountain biking, a mediocre game of golf, yoga to iron out the resulting knots, followed by good food and friends
