Putting your affairs in order
Creating certainty in relation to your property and affairs is vital and something that you should not neglect.
This includes not only making sure that you have a will (and that it is kept up to date) but also that your wishes are taken into account and that you are adequately provided for. For example:
if you have an accident;
or if you are unable to manage your own affairs for any other reason;
or if you need to make sure that provision is made for your care when you are older.
Please speak to a member of our team, who will be happy to help.
We can also provide help and advice to beneficiaries, trustees, and executors of an estate – for example where there is a dispute or where an estate is insolvent. Both of these situations can be stressful and we will aim to deal with things in the most practical way.
