Shulmans announces professional seminars for housebuilders

Shulmans' highly regarded residential development team is known throughout the housebuilding industry for its seminars for housebuilding professionals.

The seminars have proved very popular in the past and continuing this theme, a further series of seminars has been announced for 2008:

Advanced Workshop - 20th May at Xscape, Castleford. Dealing with some of the trickier legal issues of site acquisitions, this workshop will be of particular interest to Land Managers/Directors, Managing Directors, Land Agents and Surveyors.  

Sales Seminar - 15th July at Wetherby Racecourse. Dealing with issues which can frustrate or delay the sale process, this seminar will be relevant to Sales Managers/Directors, Managing Directors, Agents involved in selling new homes and Sales Negotiators.  

Laying Foundations - 20th November (venue to be announced) - a rerun of a seminar which has proved very popular in the the past and which deals with many of the   everyday legal issues relevant to site acquisition. It will be of particular interest to Land Managers/Directors, Managing Directors, Technical Managers/Directors and Land Agents and Surveyors.
