Senior corporate finance appointment at Shulmans solicitors

Shulmans solicitors has appointed one of Leeds’ well known corporate financiers to join Andrew Bradley’s fast growing corporate finance team.

Paul Forster joins as an associate from Gaz de France where he was in-house counsel having previously established his career in corporate practice.

Paul is experienced in private equity and corporate work leading multi-million pound acquisitions, disposals transactions and MBOs/MBIs.
