Children matters - residence, contact and parental responsibility
Children are often the real victims in the breakdown of a relationship. Their interests are paramount and we provide advice and guidance to protect them.
Our expertise in this work is extensive and we regularly act for parents and grandparents in all aspects of children matters. Amongst other things, this includes who the children live with, what contact they have with the absent parent, changes of name, removal from the Country, decisions regarding which school they attend and representing clients in Court.
Head of private client services, Justine Osmotherley is one of a very small number of solicitors who is qualified as a Collaborative Family Lawyer, as a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel and as an accredited member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors’ Family Law Association).
