Letter Service and Telephone Collections
If you require a letter before action (“LBA”) to be sent to a debtor prior to taking legal action then our letter service is the perfect solution.
Our charge for this service includes not only the initial LBA but also up to two further letters, if these are appropriate.
All you need to do is send details of the debtor's name, address and the amount outstanding (preferably a statement of account or invoices) to the Debt Recovery Team, by letter, fax, email or telephone and we will then send the LBA the same day, if instructions are received before 4.00 pm
Our letter service caters for all debts ranging from single to bulk matters. We also offer a telephone collection service to all clients.
