Claim Forms, Judgements and Enforcement
On expiry of the letter before action, we can issue a County Court claim form.
Provided instructions are received prior to 12.30pm, we will hand deliver the claim form to the Leeds County Court on the same day. We will include the debt, interest and costs, where appropriate.
When the claim form expires we will request judgement and confirm to you that we have done so and, if we have instructions, we will take the appropriate enforcement action.
