Rebecca advises and assists clients in relation to a wide range of contentious and non-contentious construction matters. She has advised on both residential and commercial developments for private clients, developers, contractors, tenants, funders and sub-contractors regarding the drafting and negotiation of contracts, guarantees, warranties and appointments. She has also acted for a number of contractors, sub-contractors and major retailers in respect of various construction disputes.
Outside work:
Rebecca enjoys reading, spending time on the family farm in North Yorkshire, horse riding and loves to travel, in the UK and abroad.
