Luke has extensive experience of assisting property owners and occupiers manage and resolve any property related issues in a practical and commercial manner.
He deals predominantly with commercial property matters such as possession claims, dilapidations, lease renewals and terminations, rights of way and other easements and general landlord & tenant issues.
Luke acts for a broad range of clients, from national property investors and occupiers, to private individuals.
He is an active member of the RICS Telecoms and Dilapidations Forums, as well as the Property Litigation Association.
Outside work:
Luke enjoys playing football and tennis, as well as biking or walking in the Yorkshire Dales and Moors.
