Working with housebuilders for over 25 years, Tim has developed a reputation for his practical and commercially-astute approach. Chambers Directory has described Tim as a lawyer who "gets the job done". He has acted over the years for most of the national housebuilders and many local and regional ones. Developments on which he has led the legal team include Victoria Dock in Hull (Bellway), Scalebor Park, Burley-in-Wharfedale (David Wilson Homes) and Poppleton Park, York (Barratt and Persimmon).
Outside work:
A native of Bradford, Tim now lives in York. He helps to run The Romany Cricket Club and is involved in charitable work in his home city.
