Simon has headed the commercial property team for nearly twenty years, in which time it has developed into one of the most highly respected teams in Yorkshire. Named as Real Estate Lawyers of the Year in the 2008 Yorkshire Lawyer awards, Shulmans’ property lawyers were cited as having handled £2.3bn of secured lending for banks and £185m of commercial property transactions.

Simon is a family man, with three young children. Born and brought up in Leeds, he is a keen golfer and involved in charitable work in the district.
