Rosemary is recognised as a national expert in residential development. Her clients include Barratt Homes, Bellway Homes, Crosby Lend Lease, Home Group and Persimmon Homes. Over the years, Rosemary has been involved in a number of high profile development schemes in the North of England inlcuding High Royds Menston (David Wilson Homes and Gladedale) and the regeneration of Swarcliffe Leeds (Persimmon). She also has particular expertise in setting up management schemes to ensure effective management of development schemes once complete. Chambers Directory notes that Rosemary wins client praise for being "approachable, pragmatic and really knowledgeable". Rosemary is a former President of Leeds Law Society and continues to chair the Society’s liaison group with Land Registry. She is a Director of Leeds Legal, the city-based marketing campaign which works to raise the profile of Leeds as the largest legal centre outside London.
