Mark leads our commercial team which provides assistance to often high profile, large and SME trading businesses and public bodies in developing and implementing their commercial strategy and effective risk management systems. Mark’s experience includes dealing with UK and international trading contracts and business process, tendering, large scale facilities management, service framework agreements, trading standards and commercial regulation, large scale IT infrastructure and software development agreements.
Mark also advises on large EC procurement projects including the design and implementation of complex procurement processes for large projects and provides support to local authorities and developers in conjunction with our commercial property team.
Outside work:
Mark enjoys playing for and managing a local football team and acting as a trustee for a local charity.
