Marcus specialises in advising SME clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. This includes expertise in dealing with mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs and group reorganisations, banking, refinancing and assisting business startups.
Marcus also has considerable experience of acting for social care providers (residential and domiciliary), dental and GP surgeries and operators of private health clinics.
Marcus is a Director and committee member of the Leeds Law Society.
Outside work:
Marcus is a keen motorcyclist and also enjoys walking and running. Marcus is also a fundraiser for a charity which provides social facilities for young children.
