Michael has a wide range of experience in relation to property disputes both in a residential and commercial context. Michael deals with issues such as possession, rent arrears, disrepair, business lease renewals, break clauses, dilapidations and forfeiture.
Having run his own legal services company prior to joining Shulmans, Michael is able to balance legal knowledge with commercial awareness, delivering sound practical advice to company directors and property owners.
Outside work:
Michael enjoys travelling and seeing new sights. He enjoys walking and visiting the Lake District. Michael also enjoys reading and playing jazz piano.
