Neil has over 15 years experience in human resources, having worked in the higher education, not for profit and professional service sectors.
His role at Shulmans is to ensure that the firm remains a great place to work and that there is a positive and supportive environment to allow colleagues to deliver excellent client service. Neil provides a commercially focused and professional HR support within the firm providing advice, guidance and coaching to all members of the firm. In addition to his responsibilities for ‘people management’, Neil is also the first point of contact for all recruitment matters.
Outside work:
Neil is a season ticket holder at Manchester City. In the rest of his spare time, Neil is a keen runner and enjoys watching live bands.
