Rob advises across the full range of IP rights both in the UK and abroad, including identifying, securing and protecting rights, their exploitation and taking action should the rights be infringed. Rob is an expert on the legal issues surrounding software development and technology matters and conducting business on the internet. He acts for a number of website designers, software developers and on-line businesses. Rob is a member of the Society for Computers and Law and a regular speaker at IP and IT seminars.
Outside work:
Rob likes walking and running on Ilkley Moor. He is chairman of the Ilkley & District Round Table and takes an active role in charitable fundraising in the local community.
