Jennifer’s in-depth knowledge of commercial, company and charity law enables her to provide legal and practical advice to all types of commercial organisations, charities and not-for-profit organisations, with a specific emphasis on an organisation’s structure, corporate governance and contractual documentation to ensure legal compliance and cost-effective and commercially practical solutions and documents. Jennifer also organises a number of seminars focusing on the Voluntary, Charitable and Community Sectors. Jennifer is a member of the Charity Law Association.
Outside work:
Jennifer organises the Junior Lawyer’s Division Netball League, plays for Shulmans' netball team and plays for Fusion Netball Club in the West Yorkshire Netball League. Jennifer is a mentor for Unltd Connect and the College of Law Mentoring Scheme.
