In difficult market circumstances it is essential to our economy that the public sector continues to invest in renewing the infrastructure of our towns and cities whether that be by pump priming town centre regeneration projects or building new schools or hospitals. The regulatory framework against which this regeneration must be undertaken is ever more complex and presents new compliance and procurement challenges to our public sector and housing association clients. 

Shulmans procurement team has the expertise and experience to guide our public sector clients through the process and also to advise bidders in procurement processes how to minimise their risks and maximise their chances of success.

We have advised procuring authorities on projects large and small and our focus is always on finding a deliverable solution in a way which minimises the risk of challenge.

We have also worked closely with Government Office in helping to shape the UK Government response to key elements of evolving procurement law.
